Founder Richard Armao maintains that his lasting energy for his clients resonates from the passion for living a balanced life. With 15 years of experience behind the chair, educating and motivating other stylists and a love for his family and children, music and the arts, he knows first hand that we get as much out of life as we put in.

He is an accomplished master stylist, trained both in the U.S. and abroad skillfully marrying cut, color and texture. Richard's specialized design schemes focus on an individuals desire to express themselves, thrive in their environment, and recreate their style everyday.

Amy graduated from The Paul Michtell Partner School in Austin, Texas. While in school, she developed a great foundation for cutting and coloring hair, and she learned the business side of becoming a successful stylist.

In Amy’s spare time she loves to hang out with family and friends, paint, run, and cheer for her college alma mater's teams, the OSU Buckeyes.
