Founder Richard Armao maintains that his lasting energy for his clients resonates from the passion for living a balanced life. With 15 years of experience behind the chair, educating and motivating other stylists and a love for his family and children, music and the arts, he knows first hand that we get as much out of life as we put in.

He is an accomplished master stylist, trained both in the U.S. and abroad skillfully marrying cut, color and texture. Richard's specialized design schemes focus on an individuals desire to express themselves, thrive in their environment, and recreate their style everyday.

Jay was educated at Pivot Point International in Chicago and continues to educate himself on new techniques in cut/color for men and women from; Eufora, REDKEN, Vidal Sassoon, Aquage. Along with hair design, Jay is also educated in skincare and facial waxing and has been a Make-Up Artist for 10 years specializing in natural, wedding, and evening styles.

Amy attended and graduated from The Paul Mitchell Partner School in Austin, Texas. She continues to advance her stylist education by regularly attending advanced cutting, styling, coloring and business classes.

In 1996 she graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a BA in Art Education.

Amy loves to spend time with her family and friends, cook, drink great wine, paint and stay active in her spare time. Before becoming a stylist, she designed Web pages and taught art.
